Industry-leading, accredited trainers

The Kalvinpro team includes trainers who are accredited under a range of Malaysian and international OSH certification programs, including Vision Zero, and certifications offered by CIDB Holdings and DOSH (Department of Occupational Safety and Health Malaysia).

Vision Zero: At Kalvinpro, we have trainers certified with Vision Zero, a global organization that takes a transformative approach to OSH, developed by the International Social Security Association (ISSA), the world’s leading international organization for social security institutions, government departments and agencies. The “Vision Zero” approach integrates the three dimensions of safety, health and well-being at all levels of work. According to Vision Zero, international research on the return on investments in prevention proves that every dollar invested in safety and health generates a potential benefit of more than two dollars in positive economic effects. In other words, healthy working conditions contribute to healthy business.

DOSH (Department of Occupational Safety and Health Malaysia: Our team members are certified by DOSH, which is responsible for ensuring that certified individuals and firms have the necessary qualifications, experience, expertise, and knowledge in the relevant fields as required by the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and regulations. The Department recognises a wide range of fields of competencies, across manufacturing and construction, and well as knowledge industries.

CIDB Holdings: In the Kalvinpro team, we also have individuals certified with CIDB Holdings, which is wholly owned by CIDB Malaysia (Construction Industry Development Board), a statutory body under the Ministry of Works, and offers a range of training & certification programmes to support the safety and health of workers in the development and construction sectors.
