Empowering a Generation of Safe, Healthy Workers
Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is a cross-disciplinary area defined by the International Labour Organization and the World Health Organization (WHO) as a standard to promote and maintain workers' physical, social, and psychological conditions in any occupation.
For us, OSH goes beyond protecting workers from harm and health risks caused by their occupations or work environments. After all, safe and healthy working conditions are not only a legal and moral requirement – research has proven that businesses THRIVE when their employees are protected and treated fairly.
Allowing the Total Person to Thrive
Caring for employees includes expanding the definition of health and safety to include workers' psychological health in addition to physical health, especially with the increased prevalence of stress, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts caused by overwork.
At Kalvinpro, our training encompasses physical and psychological health, aiming to support the wellbeing of workers on multiple dimensions. We believe that organisations that prioritise employee wellbeing will experience improved organisational health and more motivated employees, both of which will impact the financial bottom line.
